These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to receive a substitute (additional costs may apply) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be applied at the time of purchase.
As a guide, shipping costs are outlined below:
For items under 500g- shipping cost is $6.95
For items between 500g and 1kg – shipping cost is 9.95
For items between 1kg & 15kg- shipping cost is 11.95
Unfortunately, at this stage we cannot ship items weighing more than 15kg.
For heavy bulk purchases, these will need to be collected directly from our Somerton store.
We also can not ship perishable items such as frozen and refrigerated food products and ingredients.

3. Refunds and Exchange
As per Australian Consumer law, Parties Plus More does not need to provide refunds due to change of mind.
For damaged or faulty goods*, Parties Plus More will provide a refund for the cost of the items (shipping charges will not be refunded).
Parties Plus More will happily exchange items* due to change of mind as long as a request to exchange is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.
Shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Items can be exchanged in-store.
Parties Plus More will exchange the value of the goods returned but will NOT exchange the value of any shipping paid.
*The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time
We are currently only offer shipping to locations within Victoria only.
In general, delivery shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

4.2 Transit Internationally
Parties Plus More does not ship internationally.
4.4 Dispatch times
Orders placed will be dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders received over public holidays and during holiday periods may require addition shipping times, however we will endeavour to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once orders have been dispatched, delivery details can not be changed. Please ensure that you enter all the correct address information at the checkout.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Parties Plus More currently does not ship to PO boxes.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as to whether you would prefer us to substitute the item for another (additional charges may apply) or would prefer to receive a refund for the cost of the items.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive notification of their shipment and tracking details via our courier service from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by our shipping providers.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
